This gives you:
1. The links needed to increase your twitter following. I increased mine by 1000 in 6 days with no further effort beyond filling in 1 form.
2. A custom page URL (web link) which you can use to promote the service above. You put the URL on your website, blog and talk about it using twitter. Every time someone signs up, you get $10 in commission. If your 'customers' then choose to resell the service, they get $10 and you get 10% ($1) for every sale.
